In the first 6 weeks we uncover what is out of alignment in your life and what’s stopping you living authentically. We address these things and come up with a plan to move past them. The second 6 weeks focuses on lifestyle practices and tools you can use everyday to keep your soul connection such as using Ayurveda to work with your body type, sounds, and guidance from your angels.
